We were blessed to have Denis as our driver on both legs of our roundtrip transportation between the Orlando airport and the Port Canaveral Disney Cruise Terminal. We received confirmation of our reservation the evening before, and also multiple updates on expected time of arrival both mornings of our trips. Our ship was slow to disembark the morning of our return due to an unexpected backup at Customs. We informed Denis and he was very understanding and patient waiting for us to disembark. Once we informed him we were at the pickup location, he arrived in less than 5 minutes even with all the traffic. This is a transportation service that aims to please with clean top of the line vehicles, and Denis was extremely courteous. I highly recommend using this company for your Disney Cruise transportation.
