Everything was perfect. Great communication. Couldn't be more prompt. Unbelievably clean and nice vehicle. Was a great way to end our trip with a nice easy ride from Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios to Orlando Airport MCO. Was great to pull away from the hotel in this vehicle while seeing everyone else in Mears Taxis.
