Review of Disney Cruise transportation from Walt Disney World
2 TRANSFERS:
1. Transportation from Disney's Wilderness Lodge to Port Canaveral (Disney Dream Cruise);
2. Transportation from Port Canaveral (Disney Dream Cruise) to Orlando Airport MCO.
As a travel agent I am very critical of the services I use to make sure my clients are well taken care of. Tuxedo Executive Car Service far exceeded my expectations. The drivers were prompt, professional and very friendly! We used the service to be transported from a hotel to the port. We were notified who our driver was and when the car was on the way and then at intervals so we knew exactly when it would arrive. The vehicle (Mercedes van) was very clean and roomy for the 9 of us plus all our luggage, Denis was wonderful. Since we were celebrating the company had made a short slide show congratulating my company. Awesome!! Our return trip to the airport was perfect as well. We were once again sent a text with our drivers name and vehicle type. As instructed I called the driver to verify pick up time and since we were ready and he was going to be early we were picked up when Johan arrived at the port. We were dropped off at the airport right outside our airline check in. (This required 2 stops since our group was on different airlines). I will definitely make Tuxedo my go to company for my clients in Orlando! Thank you for recognizing our celebration and making the beginning of our trip so special!
