Wow! Wow! Wow! On our previous visit, we used the Disney provided shuttle from the airport. Big mistake. From pickup to final destination, took 1 1/2 hours. This time our travel agent suggested Tuxedo. Professional. Courteous. Knowledge. Helpful. Competitive cost wise. Prompt. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Their communication throughout the process is impeccable. Our driver Denis, was fantastic. We used the service to pick and deliver both ways. Only took 35 minutes from the airport to Animal Kingdom Lodge. If you want to start out your vacation on a good note, you need to give this company a shot. We will definitely use them again!!!!!!
