As a first time traveller to Orlando I found the whole experience very good, so for service and quality I would rate at 5. The reason for scoring three is that I would however point out that it is very expensive and you can take like for like quality with Lyft Black SUV but cheaper in my opinion. Also on my return from a Universal property I could take a SUV very good quality for flat rate $50. So in summary very good but expensive if you want stress free arrival use this service however now I have my bearings I would go for less expensive options.

However, we regret to hear that a fair and up-front quoted price for a pre-arranged premium service for your arrival with an international flight that required us to wait for over 1 1/2 hours till you clear immigration was not to your liking after you compared it with one of the low-cost on-call app-based rideshares which year after year reports billions of dollars in losses. We would like to point out that it is important to compare apples to apples. We use only new top-class equipment as our VIP clients have high expectations of our executive car service. We always disclose to all potential customers on our quote-request page that we are not a low-cost rideshare hitchhiking service, and ask those who want to save money on their own safety to use someone else. Our company complies with strict and costly safety regulations enforced by Vehicles For Hire of the City of Orlando as well as with the rules of all local airports. Unlike Lyft, we are required by law to properly maintain our vehicles and undergo routine and costly safety inspections. We are also required to purchase permits for each vehicle and driver for every area we operate in. In addition, we have airport fees and deposits. We are required to maintain commercial insurance and run annual background checks for our drivers who are professional, safe and reliable chauffeurs. Our rates are dictated by operating costs and are not based on what other companies charge or on opinions.
