Last year, we stayed in Orlando, and were given a complimentary shuttle to our hotel. This year, we didn't get the same offer. I decided to call the shuttle they use, and they wanted to charge a lot of money, plus share the van with others going to different hotels. And because of that, the pickup time for the return trip to the airport was really early. So, I decided to do my research. That's when I found Taxido. I was getting similar prices, and telling companies I would call back if I decided to go with them, but the huge difference between the other companies and Taxido was the customer service. I expected to call Taxido, and just get a price, then hang up, and compare my data. Denis answered, and was so cordial, and informative. He was happy to answer my questions, and even offered information that I hadn't thought of. He made it clear that his priority is customer satisfaction. At that point, I immediately told him I wanted to book. Denis made booking so easy, and communicated with me often, so I would always know what was happening. When we arrived at MCO, Johan was our driver. Great guy. Polite, respectful, helpful, and gave us so much information about what's happening in Orlando. The van they sent was gorgeous, and the bottles of water were really appreciated. On our return trip to MCO, Denis, himself drove us. He was so nice, and friendly. This business is run so professionally. I didn't feel like it was missing anything. Next time we head to Orlando, we're using them again, even if our hotel offers us a free shuttle. They're worth it!
