We had selected Taxido to handle our ground transportation from Orlando to and from our Walt Disney World Resort. Then Hurricane Matthew caused chaos -- including closure of the Orlando airport and mandatory curfews (meaning, no street traffic, such as driving). Denis was fabulous about calling to communicate weather and travel conditions in Orlando. We arranged for alternate pickup location in Tampa. Denis texted confirmation of arrival timing and location. He was great about communicating during the entire process. Taxido has clean up-to-date vehicles, professional drivers, prompt service, and excellent communication. Highly recommended!!!
