Booked them for transportation to Orlando Airport MCO from the Dolphin Resort at Disney. The driver arrived just a few minutes late due to traffic but communicated the whole time with text updates. They had a quality carseat (Britax) already installed in the van for my daughter so we didn't need to set ours up. The driver played kid's music for the drive to the airport and my year old daughter really liked the changing colored lights on the roof of the van! A great experience all around and definitely recommend.
