Review of TUXEDO's Orlando transportation to Walt Disney World And Kennedy Space Center.

2) From Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village to Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral;
We used Tuxedo for our first family trip to WDW from Japan. We requested for 4 rides; 1) MCO to WDW, 2) WDW to Port Canaveral via Kennedy Space Center, 3) Port Canaveral to WDW and 4) WDW to MCO. From the planning phase, Tuxedo was great. I kept forgetting about the time difference between Japan and Florida, but Tuxedo was always quick to answer all my questions and requests, regardless of when I sent out messages. Since communication was conducted through chatting, I was able to look back on our conversations to check that I had not made any mistakes. Our arrival at MCO was close to midnight, and after a 15 + 5-hour flight from Japan with three kids, Denis K, our driver, was like an angel sent from heaven. I had requested for pickup by the baggage claim, because I was afraid we might end up having to carry one of the kids. We were delayed in getting to the baggage claim area, and Denis was at our welcome point much earlier than we were. He helped us claim our suitcases and child seat, and had us ready to go. When we got into the car, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, he showed the kids Disney cartoons to keep the kids entertained during our quick ride to WDW, with a bottle of water for each of us on the side. The same great service was carried out throughout our entire trip. Considering that we were on a fairly tight schedule for a vacation (midnight arrivals, early morning departures, etc), I was really relieved to not have to worry about road conditions and getting to places on time and the kids loved the spacious car and the cartoons. If I ever get the chance to go to Florida again, I would definitely use Tuxedo again.
