Generally when I travel, I always tend to be in a large group, with work or family, and I always arrange for chartered airport transportation to accommodate the multitude of passengers and luggage. Tuxedo was by far the simplest, and most professional service I have ever encountered. I absolutely recommend them. I inquired about renting a luxury van to transport my family from MCO to WDW. As their website indicates, if you post some nonsense to your facebook page they will give you a free upgrade to luxury one way. They absolutely honored that deal, and I found the price to be very reasonable, if not cheap. The Mercedes Sprinter Van was clean, matched exactly the photo on the internet, and they had chilled complimentary bottled waters waiting. They provided clean, good condition booster seats for the kids, and helped install the infant seat we brought with us. The best part of their service is the communication. The night before I was sent a confirmation text that include my drivers name and cell number. The next morning the driver texted to confirm the time, and told me at the airport he would have to wait in a parking area down the road, to text when we started to claim our luggage. Timing worked out beautifully. On the return trip from Disney to the airport, the exact same. I received a text the night before, and the driver sent me two text the following morning, one when he was 30 minutes out, and another when he was 1 min out. Our driver was each time was polite, professional, and answered his phone and text promptly when called. I actually had to call him because I scheduled pick up for 8:00AM to catch our flight out, and they reviewed the flight information and changed the pick up to 8:40AM. I called to ensure that would leave sufficient time, and they were correct, we had plenty of time to spare. The best chauffeur service I have ever used, and they will be my first call in any city they operate in.
