I discovered Taxido from Yelp and made a reservation for transportation from and to the airport. It was the best decision I made. Denis was super helpful during the transaction and everything went smoothly. The booking process is simple and there are documents to be signed online and payment is done online as well. Communication was excellent and I had no trouble finding the driver at the airport and hotel. Denis answered all the questions I had in a timely manner and allowed me to text him instead of calling him upon arriving at the Orlando Airport. Jose our driver was very friendly, assisted us with our luggage and offered us water as well. He held up a tablet/iPad with my name on it so it was easy to spot him even though when you book transportation with Taxido they provide you with the exact location and parking spot to meet your driver. I used the shared option and I had no problem with it, it is more affordable and comfortable way to getting to and from the airport. Jose was our driver both times and he was excellent and ahead of the scheduled pickup time. I would definitely recommend this service because of its reliability, excellent communication and it comes at a fair price. No hidden fees and very professional people who work at Taxido. I would recommend to my friends and family. FYI the Orlando airport offers free wifi so its a definite plus.
