We traveled from a hotel on Disney property to Universal Studios Theme Park for one day. We received a phone call from Denis the day prior confirming everything. Then on the day we traveled, we received a text first thing in the morning, then when he was 15 minutes away and then one minute away. He communicated the same way for the return trip later that evening. In the wonderful, but dizzying chaos and whirlwind of Disney and Universal, our experience with Denis using Taxido was the most calming, peaceful, and civilized time of our vacation. Also, the kids loved the funny video he played for us. We even got cold bottled water each way. Awesome! "Where's Denis" became our motto during the rest of our stay when we were on the Disney buses feeling a bit like cattle. The total cost was actually pretty close to what the shuttle buses would have been, since there were 7 persons in our family. Complete luxury and ease. We would recommend Taxido to everyone and plan to use this company again.
