I was nervous purchasing and paying for transport overseas but the transaction was easy. The instructions and confirmation were emailed through very quickly and on arrival the car was very comfortable and beats the travel agency transport, straight there no messing and the return was even easier with our driver giving us fun facts about Florida. My only concern is on the instructions it asks you to call them once you have landed and again when you are in baggage claim, however when we landed at Sanford Orlando we were informed we were not allowed to turn our phones on until we were through customs and collected our bags, this made the process very stressful as the customs queue was moving extremely slow, and took us an hour to get through, once through I left others to collect the bags and went to check our driver was still there, luckily he was still waiting for us. I apologised for the lack of contact and being a little late but he brushed it off. Not to worry he said your holiday starts here. I did have 2 voicemails from the company when I was finally able to turn my phone on asking where I was. my only change would be that you don't have to call them when you land, perhaps a text / call before take off and then they can check arrival times on the board to ensure you have arrived on time. That being said I would highly recommend and will use again on my return.

We do, however, regret that we were not more clear in our airport pick-up instructions for international arrivals. Thanks to your feedback we were able to make pick-up instructions more clear.
