I was very pleased with Taxido service, the driver was very professional. My daughter had to do a gate claim for my grandson carriage, so the driver had to wait longer for us than we expected, I called him to explain what happen, he told me it's okay, and to call him when we got it, and told all (9) of us where to meet him :-) very patience and professional, we also used the service going back to the airport, we had a different driver, he text me before he came and also very professional, the next time I am in Orlando, I will be calling Taxido :-)
