Everything about my experience start to finish was perfect. The communication was great letting you know your car was on the way, the type of car, the plate number, the drivers name, etc. You were never left wondering if they remembered and were going to show up. Our driver, Johan, was such a gentlemen! The van was clean, he offered us water. He was on time, even early...like I said, perfect!!!
