I'm always hesitant to book a vendor that I've never worked with in a location that is unfamiliar to me. Tuxedo exceeded every expectation for both our pick up at the airport, and our pick up at the cruise port a week later. Johan picked us up early both times so we were not waiting for him, and he arrived in a beautiful vehicle that seemed new and was impeccably clean. He was also available by text prior to picking us up and was communicating with us right up until he pulled up so there was no confusion. I am very pleased and will use Tuxedo again when I return to Orlando. Thank you for making our trip stress free.
