After having had more than one bad experience with a company we used numerous times for airport transportation, I decided it was time to look for a new company. The reviews I read about Tuxedo couldn't have been more accurate. I appreciated the text messages when the driver, Denis, was 10 minutes out from arrival, then again 1 minute before upon both our airport arrival and departure from our hotel. I didn't have to worry whether or not a driver was actually on his/her way. Denis was very punctual on both trips, extremely professional and courteous. Overall, great customer service from beginning to end, excellent communication, and an A+ for Denis. I will definitely recommend Tuxedo to others and will absolutely use them on any return trips to Orlando.
