The service was excellent both ways. Drivers were on time and helpful. The drivers met us/ left us at doors between internal (US only flights) transfer carousels (i.e. for international travelers that is after customs and across the main hallway) and the doors to where the buses picked up passengers. Vehicles were comfortable and spacious with leather seats and child seats where requested (we could have fitted about 14 people in the van but we only had 4).
